Dislikes

Low compensation. No regards for your career. Mostly hires employees as contract based and does not make you a permanent employee easily no matter how good u are.

U wont have to worry about job security. They have given us aeave and have not forced anyone to come to the company at this time. Though they are bot paying us.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is no career growth and development whatsoever. They dont train you properly. They take trainee engineers with the promise of giving them the executive order within a year. I hve been working for 2years now and they have been delaying my order. They use you alot and dont compensate enough.
