Management only cares about the work completion not about which all employees are contributing to the team. This makes people who are committed to the work to work harder to mange the productivity of others to meetup with the client deliverables.

company only depends only on 1 client and now Cerium do not have any projects and in future also they have nothing because management is very poor and they will fire you with reasons like cost cutting doesn't matter if you are in project or not. if you want to talk with management they will ignore you not answering in mail also. Never join this company

Cerium as cerium systems was a good company great start for career. It had clients like Intel, Amd, google. Overall it's a good startup

And then Cerium Systems became Tech Mahindra Cerium and ruined many academic careers. They hired a lot of freshers and then within an year they made an entire block completely empty with not a single person in it not being laid off. Thanks to their lack of projects and tech Mahindra's "any person on bench for more than 90 days should be terminated" policy. If someone 's on bench you allot project for them not lay them off.

There is completely nothing to like in this company.

They just recruit students to spoil their career. I said this because I'm a passout of 2021 and worked there for an year. Now with their own reasons they layed off me not only in my case but the whole trainees were removed and said silly causes for removal and throwed reasons on us instead of them. *THERE ARE NO PROJECTS AND THERES NO HOPE THAT PROJECTS MAY COME TO THIS COMPANY* .

Too many things happened that I dislike. First of all the did layoff two times. Then only few peoples remain again the did 3rd layoff. And now no one is here . They spoil whole 2022 batch career. They didn't help us anymore. Even they didn't have project for us only. Other than higher faculty have.
