The senior managements working under CEO specially Director Finance is main decision maker in technical things and every other aspects with 0 experience and sense. DIrector Finance is core responsible for downfall of this company and a major role of layer of favouritism in company and hindrance in developing a growth cultures.

Likes

Only good part is that it helps a serious person to take some initiatives and experiment around with ideas.

Dislikes

Lack of senior guidance, an no proper vision. Quick changes in requirements makes all the hard work go to waste and there is always undermining of hard workers. People with actual skillset don't get recognition or appraisals but people with no work under their hands are getting promoted. Upper management is deaf and blind when it comes to understanding its employees. Due to no senior experienced person from industry, there is no learning path and people are just beating around bush. Not a good place for people trying to lay their sptepping stones in software industry.

Dislikes

Not sure if this place can even be called a company. Right from the upper management and the CEO to the politically proclaimed "Managers" are just freshers and know basically nothing when it comes to software development and industry exposure. Upper management should leave their jobs and join a Telugu political party instead. Full propaganda in office, everyone is fooling everyone. Labour exploitation at it's peak.

There is nothing to like about, no good projects, no growth, they have hired extremely skilled people but dont use their potential because the management is dumb.

Dislikes

Directors, CEO all are clueless on what they want to achieve, they force to start a project and then after few weeks of hardwork they stops the project because they dont know anything about the field and business. This place should shutdown, no bonuses were given. People were asked to resign on stupid reasons, managers dont have enough courage to speak the truth.

Good office space. Really nice colleagues. Sadly, all might have left by now.

Dislikes

Overworking is glorified. Favouritism. Completely unrealistic deadlines. No support from seniors. Appraisals are based on favoritism and loyalty to the high table.
