Good leadership. As a Sales personal we have freedom of expression. Good team work & support from the management to excel in the career. Over all it’s survival of the fittest. Win/ win situation so far.

Compensation is below market standard. Off late there is a lot of work pressure. We need to be more customer centric. Too many changes in the structure is creating instability in the team.

I really miss th working culture which is like a family. No jealousy, no rivalry. My years was like spending in a school and college. I learned a lot. My boss was very much like an excellent teacher.

If they pay better and be more transparent then it can do wonders.

The future of the company is going to be very good under leadership of Managing director like Mr Anil Kumar and HR manager Gireesha.
