Indian employees have to connect with US employees everyday at night (10pm) for the stand up calls. Sometimes you have to stay up very late (2 am -3am ) to connect with US employees.

High level of politics by top management team like Managing Director, HR Director. Appraisals, promotions and all vacancies are filled up basis their whims & fancies. All decisions are controlled by the Managing Director with no powers given to regional heads or business heads. They like to promote their own people to all the important positions.

Work culture is what I feel was not good. Nobody is ready to share the data or information. Nobody is sure who is the right controller for a specific task. A lot of mismanagement in the processes.
