Here the culture is diversified. Because every dipartment has different culture. If you are getting old then its good place to spend your time. It a good place to improve your political culture.

Every thing is good excluding salary, appraisal and work life balance.

Even if you work for 10 years, your salary will be same 9-10k only. They will always keep you in contract even if you are a good performer and work more than 5-6 years. Seniors will entertain you only if you have a pleasing body however the other facts remains same.

...you can deduce relationship building efforts with Corporates of this University. They arm twist students to appear for companies like BPOs for 12k per month gross salary. If you want only a degree certificate, then come here but be prepared for hundreds of rules and regulations.

Dislikes

Campus is green. You will see many flowers here. Green Team does fantastic work. Sincere Companies (read fake ones on few occasions) do come here for core sectors mostly in manufacturing and automotive.
