Good Culture. But Job security is only till the client project is active. Management vision as well as company policies are Ok.

Training happens many a times to improve skills, Salary is Ok but the Appraisals are pathetic with an increase of no more than 5% per year with not much scope for promotions if in projects.

Don't take risks with your job; you take a risk and if your fail and eventually will be called loser; when it comes to credit, the world will see you in good light, but the moment things are vice versa no one will support or take a stand for you. The organisation's culture makes poor business sense to the larger extent

Poor organisational structure No Active HR and Finance For everything you have to rely upon the reporting manager. Poor clients and their vague requirements. No updation of training material, no governance, outdated content where for client from telecom industry, training is a side functionality which is just done for the sake of formality. Least scope for skill development or any kind of upgradation or certification

Growth opportunities are very limited. Variable pay is too high where employee has too wait for entire annual to get it back. Not sure if employee will receive 100% of deducted amount
