There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary(9700) is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is good for those who started their career from 10k and after 2 yrs same salary 10k. No appraisal moving

HR side behavior is not good.. They are purely hepocrite in nature. Leaves not given on proper manners.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. We love the fact that we are a part of a team that markets reliable, High-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada,But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.Another plus point in that we r followed strictly rule's and regulations, and we r working happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,we worked 14-16 hours straight in a day, Salary is too lower, Anyone do not value and support an employee's unique strengths, Which is why we have to take back our request most of the times and your little mistake means u suffering.
