All the employees are inexprienced, entire top management are fraudual staffs, they are also recruited few fraudual staffs, most of the branches have a huge fraud in house rent, it's a one of the example of fraud by top management

If someone is a fraudual staff , before polishing that staffs, management think about the personal relationships with top management

Job not secure, portfolio is very less, as well as staff fraud is very high. Also senior manager are not the professional, Audit head also a Medicine sales person who don't have the audit knowledge.

Very pathetic 10 months experience in all my 7 yrs working journey. No involvement of HR, Audit and compliance in any matter of sales department. If seniors thinks they want to make out anyone they just do that without referring the matter to HR or Audit. And HR's are just blind folded. No corporate culture at all. Just everyone believes he is the owner of the company. Rules and procedure are changing every forthnight. No stable procedure at all.
