Strict timing. 9 hours. So much Excel and document works. Rather than that the client and also the PM Or TL will expect the works to be done by EOD. Your position may not fixed if there is no projects in your hand.

Worst part of this company is the higher level management they do only office politics, Focus to demoralise the employee. No work ethic, CEO mr badu please improve your communication skill and learn how to behave with employees Mrs hr Mishra only know office politics nothing else do for company development Ceo van no decision making ability they do what hr mam tell him Most disgusting part is CEO Mr badu dance in hr advice Thik many times before entering to the most toxic work environment They are treating their employees as a college students Try to develop work ethic rather than politics and time restriction

Interview with easy question. Colleagues are friendly. They are support to each other.

They don't have any project. They are hiring fresher and keeping them as an ideal. You can't gain any real time experience. There is no good TL, no Sr. Developer or Manager also.
