As I have mention above all the staff as well as other people like Security gaurd, office boys, electrition etc we have a friendly relationship.

Its best place to get started, If you are passionate about learning new stuff. You should get the good team too. I learned a lot here. Also there is a lot of work to do.

Only issue is salary. Its not bad. But its less compared to private jobs. Rest is all good.

Compensation is not at par with industry. Company is more research oriented than development based, meaning you'll be making a lot more reports than actually writing code.
