Teams are small so you get opportunity to learn multiple skills if you take initiative. Work life balance is good and no overtime expected on weekends and weekday evenings. Appraisals can be good (15-30 percent) depending on performance.

Starting salary is average but hikes are decent.

Being a govt org. it is secure, work culture is also good. but management is poor that needs to improve.

Politics is everywhere. You have to put extra effort for learining. work env. is good. No innovation. work life is also average
