...strict break time , lacking the basic amenities for women ,no room for relaxing. Strict office hours , and if we come office just 1 minute or 10 minu late then our full day salary will cut that is the rule Sudden roles , without give any notice or circular. No increment /promotion . Worst thing is food very low quality food and sometimes found insects in the food , alot of get food poisoning and sick because of their lunch even if complaint no one cares. Administration and hr department they are not supportive no professionalism , irresponsive.

We have flexi timings, with open culture to learn and work freely. Especially AI and quantum teams, the leads are very knowledgable and mentor well. I feel fortunate that i am working in AI group at cdac bangalore and got very good opportunity to work on core research in AI. This is the place where an AI aspirant should start his career.

Salary is not on par with industry.

...ut holidays. No benefits related to reimbursement , insurance , medical claims . No salary hike for 1 year and more than that. Lots more.

A bit of freedom in the flow of work, though that depends on the boss you get. Good worklife balance. Excellent learning opportunity. Top notch technology/projects to work on.
