    Teams are small so you get opportunity to learn multiple skills if you take initiative. Work life balance is good and no overtime expected on weekends and weekday evenings. Appraisals can be good (15-30 percent) depending on performance.

    Being a govt org. it is secure, work culture is also good. but management is poor that needs to improve.

    ...ll get, there is no training before jumping on a project, career growth is slow. salary is also not as per IT industry stands. Travel is there based on Project requirements. Politics is everywhere. You have to put extra effort for learining. work env. is good. No innovation. work life is also average
