CCD NGO has given me full freedom to adopt innovation in implementing CSR at community level as well as proposal writing and very supportive towards clients management. Team members selection, conducting meetings, report generation, budgeting, clients review, visits coordination etc., in all such cases, not only independently handling the projects and also decision making power is an amazing opportunity to work with CCD. Hands on experience on conducting TOT trainings for team members and women entrepreneurs, youths and children. Learnings are Team management, proposal writing, research, need assessment and conducting audits, trainings, addressing the issues both management and community, macro and micro level management, expert in successfully conducting special events with low budgets, eat., I am a good traveller basically.
