I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating with other members. Policies-A lot of employee-friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. many cultural events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Culture- My organization has nice work culture and allow employees to work freely, also their good support from senior, and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. This excites me, as it gives me the opportunity to further develop my skills and expertise in what is my favorite part of my current job.

Dislikes

I enjoy my work environment and organizational culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I've mastered the basics. management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handling additional responsibilities, so I don't always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role. I feel that I could be growing faster and learning more if I were challenged more, which is one reason I am looking to join a new company and take on a higher-level job now.

The organization is open to innovation and adopts technology and organization working policy and there management and guidance and time to time provide training to enhance experience and most important pay timely celery.
