Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presser is very high , Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend.

Very good experience , got opportunity to inspect around 40 various dams in various locations, every dam inspection has thought me many technical knowledge and skills used in 1932 to 20021 in various states and felt proud of our country

Company policies regarding to their salery is too much loose. Their is no superior control over supporting staff salery. No specific time periods for payment,contractor send salery according his time. And give a minimum salary 7000. It takes time to payment near about two months. No one superior authority notice this problems of supporting staff.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
