Actual the thing is that here I work hard but when you see the salary the salary is not enough. Here we have done our work properly but we don't have any facilities for us. Only they focus on work not thinking about there employees.

... are not getting the payout for their efforts as comparison to other sections...they are getting the overtime also bonus insensitive but in cnc department they didn't get ..so I request to the management please work on it ....and over all I am happy to be a cttcian ..I learnt many things from cttc.. thank you

You will learn so many things. You will soon become a multi Tasker as there will be work pressure.

... you perform. Work pressure is very high. You will feel suffocated working here. No yearly bonus. No insurance. Any mishap at working place, the organization will not take any responsibility.

There is good apportunity to gain knowledge and some faculty have very good knowledge and helpful nature

There is less dislike reason just like some faculty have very less knowledge and they doesn't want to improve themselves

Nothing is special like other companies..it's major focus is only on official work there is no improvement and encouragement to the employees for extra circular activities

The company doesn't think about employees it's major priorities is to give workload on employees so they will leave
