Dislikes

Good place to waste your talent. The organisation treats their employees as their personal butlers, there is no structure or process for work. The program leads are super incompetent. This is the only place where you feel like you loose all your skill if you continue here for long. There is no consideration of employees dignity, you will be yelled at, will be treated as secretary for the seniors irrespective of whatever skill set. It's extremely toxic.
