Job security in central silk board for me till.my retirement and worked in position. Because of silk board I grown up in my life circle in all redpectband hands up silk board in my life.

Noting yo say in dis liked since it has given me birth.

Likes

This is a Government of India organisation and is excellent in employee care and absolutely no work pressure.

Dislikes

It is a pure procedure driven organisation and has little value for goals, targets, skills, knowledge, performance etc.

Likes

The incharge of BSMTC during my tenure was visionlees. He has not given opportunity to improve the work culture and scientific base from my research based experience. Only he had given emphasis on muster of his office . He had given least control at field level. It's my opinion and submission that Administration and all working office should be transferred to Khapa Bhandara.

Dislikes

Working skill and difference between incharge and employees along with daily veg labourers.
