... a feeling of patriotism and high patience then this is the right place for you. About salary, salary and allowances are quite good. Work life balance is not exact as you enjoy and other jobs because you don't know where is your next destination and what is your next task. Sometimes it happens that you have to work for 40 kilometre in a day in a deep dance jungle. About skill development and learning in CRPF you come across with many courses and deployment to the other factors like bomb disposal squad CBI IB many things if you have the calibre or stamina you can go with these above sectors.

Every sector has some good and bad experiences. CRPF is a big organisation even it is Asia's largest force in strength. So if you want similar environment all over the India it is not possible. The only thing which I find quite embarrassing is domination of senior.

It is very good organization. Salary is excellent. So many benefits , learn so many experiences. Visit across the country. Getting knowledge about the real cultures of States and there peoples. So many other good things are in crpf

No family life . Promotion is very slow. Becouse of huje stagnation. Unstable postings culture. countinue movement is very irritating

It's a paramilitary force functions under central govt gave good salary and the management is transparent

I would like to that force very Discipline and obedient any of work /job do dedicate by me however any time seva nistha but no ? I want the force totally do may digital establish and account system all in one apps attometed.

Sum disliked office work system like establishment and account very slow and variations of pay / transfer case in between ors renk once lots appointed same day but they are pay fixed difrant Behaviour are not good by senior officer to ORS and personally used them by presser.
