...anagement is transparent. There is a huge carter and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to a new joinees .

The company is good for the learning the new technologies.I have posted for the inspection of the NJY feeder inspections (CESCOM) AND HVDS inspection (BESCOM) which helped me to learn the practically on field works and good communication with those department officers.

CPRI H.O. is located in Bangalore area with good atmosphere and good colleagues. One can access its Library with IEEE books. The Food is awesome.

It depends on your HoD. I was in DSD Division in where Mr. Shyamsundar was our HoD who is nothing but mentally ill person. For him CPRI lost its OPTCL project (I was in appointed in OPTCL project in DEPUTATION basis) and BLACKLISTED from working in Orisha!!!!!IT IS VERY HUMILATING FOR CPRI !!!

About Teammates less supportive environment, no training! you have to take initiative only basic information they'll give, job security not secure , no delay in salary and no appraisal, no innovations , and lot of politics as usual it will be everywhere,nothing to learn for mechanical engineers for electrical it's good platform
