Everything sucks cuz they treat as like free labour and even playing on attendance. They know we have to complete 240 attendance so they try to manipulate things. They only wants money at the end of the day they don't want to work sometimes they don't even come to office etc etc... Call me to know more..u have my number

CMPDI is a good platform where you can develop your skill.in Covid-19 lockdown CMPDI is very conscious about health of employees.in each and every department has special sanitizer room where employees have to firstly go and sanitized own whole body and then go to cabin.all guard must check the temperature through thermal scanner.

CMPDI is not a good systemic company as compare to IOCL,HPCL and other subsidiary of Coal India limited.
