All positions are contractual no one is permanent so no job security for sure. Stakes are high when are u wourking for govt drug procurement and tht to national health program. Mutiple approving agencies builds inherent delays with stick timeline makes life difficult. Though it may looks easy but it was tough to work under such conditions. If u love working in a pressure environment and good at stakeholder management, this a right place for u.
