"Disappointing Leadership: A Hindrance to Growth I'm disheartened by the lack of support and guidance from our Head of Department (HOD). Unreasonable expectations, unconstructive criticism, and unsupportive behavior have created a toxic work environment. A leader should inspire, motivate, and empower their team. Instead, our HOD's behavior has led to low morale, decreased productivity, and a sense of isolation. I hope our institution recognizes the need for effective leadership and takes necessary steps to address this issue.

Lack of guidance, unrealistic expectations, and unsupportive behavior can hinder growth and productivity. When this doesn't happen, it's essential to address the issue and seek support from others. Remember, you deserve a supportive and inclusive work environment!
