Job security is excellent, overall salary structure is good

Dislikes

Promotion aspects is very dim, no proper policy for promotion, person who enter as a sub inspector level are getting only one promotion during the entire service

Salary and medical facilities are very good. Working conditions at airport is also very good

Dislikes

There is no cooperation between anyone. Weekly off is given once in 45-50 days. Leave is extremely difficult to get. Punishment is given frequently
