As it is Drug Regulatory body of India. It give chance to learn new things related to clinical trials of new drugs , drug regulations.As it comes under central govt. so it gives to chance to collaborate with employees with different states and cultural backgrounds.

As it is an apex National Drug Regulatory body of the company, one gets to learn a lot from the various kind of dossier review of different pharmaceutical companies as well as Contract Research Organisation of all large, medium and small scale. You get to work closely with distinguished Government Officials who have gained a commendable experience working in industry as well as in Government Organisation. If one Pharma Graduate or Science Graduate has desire to serve the country, but do not want to leave the technical field, then that desire can be fulfilled by being part of CDSCO.

Dislikes

Working hours may stretch to 10-12 hours in few occasions. On contractual position, there is rarely any hike in the salary. Even if you will work for 05 years, you will be receiving the same salary as the newly joined employee on the same position.
