The work environment here is good and supportive with taking good health and mental care of employees.

Dislikes

Not many things to learn in few departments. Low salary bracket and less appraisal growth percentage.

Likes

Nothing very understaffed people , only demotivating and shouting, will make your life hell, don't join I've seen employees crying , and seniors will blame you for all, actually the company's management is not good, join any other company.

Dislikes

The worst company I've ever worked, don't waste your time here they will pay you very less and will give you works like hell and always shouting at you for nothing. They dont respect you. All the departments employees are crying to leave they are telling to serve 3 month notice period and/or we will cut salary, employees are treated like donkeys.

Likes

Immense Learnings and pool of above average talented people to work with.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such but just some improvements like it would have helped if customer service related work were more streamlined using technology like Slack where by agents could deliver superior customer service satisfaction. And sometimes it's OK to bend the rules and go beyond our way in order to help customers. Being so strict does not augur well with customers who have lost money with no fault of theirs.
