The amount of politics that I faced be it from senior employees or the remote HR is terrible. The owner is just a puppet in the hands of the senior employees in this company. He takes whimsical decisions without thinking the pros and cons of his decisions and then gets back to his old ways again. It would be best if the owner applies his own brain than relying on lazy employees who live off other people's hard work.

Central Business Solutions it has a division (Aviru IT systems) in Surya Mall nehru nagar Bhilai over all this company is total Shit. My Explanation They hire people on pennies they offer 5000 per month as A US IT Recruiter they promised they will increase the salary after any of my candidate recieve an offer and fortunately one of my candidate got offer and here they told your salary is increased then they added another rule to deduct my salary on submission basis. When I asked the HR and Manager Imran Khan and Anish yadav they told me to work on their terms or get lost as i am kind off soft spoken person it was a little too much for me. Still they continued the same behaviour In my observation They just hire people and use their skill set to get offers for their client requirements and then throw them out as they are fly in the milk. Also They mostly target college freshers from Rungta,Shankra and all colleges in bhilai location and use the innocent freshers and make them work overtime like hell. Even all my colleagues are also feeling the same most of them has left already.

Worst company to work with they will simply take you onboard by giving big words then they will terminate employees with no reason owner of the company says India is the worst country to work and his so called family members (minal katare) they don't even know how to speak english even they are working and hiring peoples 😂 they will do politics.

This is the worst company ever. Owner of the company(Anjul Katare) is worst person, do not respects women, he thinks that women should be used for personal use. Owners brother(Minal Katare) thinks he is the king of India. No one can beat him. He thinks he can run anybodies career. Worst Company, uneducated owners and his family members.

Unprofessionalism innhandling employees, especially during uncertain times, employees were laidoff of terminated without proper notice or financial consideration showing a disregard for their stability communication and management need significance improvements as sudden decisions without prior discussions create unnecessary hurdle. I hope company takes employee well being more seriously in the future. Would not recommend for those looking for job security and a professional work environment
