...KANKE ROAD) RANCHI. THE WORST SCHOOL I HAVE EVER SEEN. NO APPOINTMENT LETTER.. DELAY IN SALARY PAYMENT FOR MONTHS NO DECIPLINE AMONG THE STUDENTS NO EXPERIENCE LETTER WHEN U LEAVE THE SCHOOL IN SHORT THEY DONT PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL. THE INFRA IS PATHETIC AT KANKE ROAD, RANCHI.

... Ranchi - Bariatu and KANKE branch.Nothing is good there except cricket ACADEMY.Job satisfaction of a teacher is missing at such places because pay is less than expected.

Dislikes

No discipline at all. Management never Focus over the knowledge and understanding of children.Senior students we're bringing mobile phones in school premises daily and using it in front of teachers.Boys openly challenge teachers to see outside the campus if you are strictly for them in the classroom.Smoking cigarettes in washroom is a common practice.One girl commits suicide in Hostel Premises Under doubtful conditions. Management treats children as assets for bringing MoneY only. No morals and values are found inside the campus.

Management's, Student soft working environment,helpful staff,coordination teacher cultural Teammates and supportiveo.ther is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .

Salary is not good on job training is not given to new joiners.sometime management is very strick.even though hardwork responce is not giving any response.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8 to 9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

It was a nice experience to there teammates are helpful, salary is according to the priority of employ, Healthy environment . everything is perfect.

Dislikes

Everything is fine but one thing I didn't like is that they do not praise individual work n they expect the more from Freshers.
