If you ask the salary of the Director or Manager it will be very less, where in the world a Director will get 30000? This will affect the employee's career. Also the CEO, VP, HR - all are unprofessional guys whom are hiring employees for 2 or 3 years bond and terminating them not based on performance but based on their personal dislikes. After termination they are asking some money to return the employee original certificates. The money will be around 1 lakh to 2 lakh. Many employees have been affected like this. Please stop doing this.
