Poor management - upper as well as lower level management is very poor in Indian branch. Favouritism plays a huge role in overall progress. Work life balance is terrible. The credit for the work you do are given to manager's favourites in most cases.

Terrible middle management especially at India level. Managers here abuse their power and play favoritism. targets people and upper management just chose to ignore even if any complain is raised.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. It feels good Secure, Safe, also you get 27 days vacations.

Dislikes

There’s nothing much I dislike about the job in particular. It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them.

One of the best company I ever worked. They have open platform where employees can explore multiple technology even if it's new. They provide good training and all resources.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is no hierarchy between employee and managers. Everyone is open for taking and giving feedback to improve ourselves.
