Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is nothing we can like about working in this organization except the salary part. I used to get pretty much a hike on salary, but I am not sure about the current status.

Dislikes

There is no work culture at all. If somebody is working hard with dedication, they put more pressure on them. There is no career growth in this organization. Somebody will waste his or her own time if he or she works for this organization for a long time. Less Learning opportunity over there.

Company Managing Director always ready to take revenge if you are not agree to his voice. He has ego issue. He doesn't treat employee as employee . He treat as pet if you become his pet then all ok. They fired 70% of employee during covid 1 st wave in a month . Only md and his pet working their.
