Less salaries (During joining they said this is the salary but after joining they deducted some percentage of salary for courses even if we are not willing to do) No recognition, Less salary hike and more work pressure.

Work culture of centlon is really very good.all the managers and directors are very supportive.Its really a very good company.opprtunities for freshers are good.i loved working with centelon.

Only compensation was the issue for me as i was working as a fresher..rest is fine!

They have not assigned me in any project just I was in bench and also pls if you don't have a project don't select that candidate they will see an other opportunities to increase their knowledge

The company is having an open culture, respect to each individual and provides lot of opportunities to grow your footprints, take responsibility, etc. Management team is easily contactable, responsive and supportive in any matter. During Covid lock-down non of the resource (junior to senior) were asked to leave the company. All kinds of adjustments were done out of the way. Company policies are very much liberal towards employees and managements intention is to take employees together in company's growth journey.

...ket revision must be taken into account for new hires and also existing members who were on 'Loss of Pay' on a genuine ground.

-IT assets laptops and systems are refurbished or old age. -Less hike and less salary, actually people from different company earning more salary, also need to standardize it. -Notice period policy - 90 days -HR Management -Needs to improve company process policy -For newcomers do not provide a welcome or joining kit.
