Management do not work on maximizing business / revenue but meetings are held with top management for employee salary & manpower deduction. ( worse management & HR policies) Not a single benefits , only 2 lakh mediclaim ( parents not including) . people are leaving this company rapidly. There is no value to your skill & talent here ( you need godfather here for survival) labour Union is here. No standard salary bracket here executive & even AM get same salary as of officer / jr. Officer / operator. now onwards promotion for manager will be given on basis of car parking slot available at site since parking inside company allowed only for manager , you might thing this as weired policy but its true. The management in their Lifesan department is not very good and a major reason for dissatisfaction among their employees. Saturdays are officially an holiday but we are called to work additionally so no work life balance.
