Because its not big organisation, here a lot to learn because one need to handled many roles in same branch. so i have learnt credit as well as operation in home loan and LAP. so good to learn in industry specially for beginner.

Dislikes

if you consider compensation and allowances, you will be disappointed. HR policy is not good, Not update employee about their rights and which kind of facilities he or she can avail. poor promotion and compensation policies. slow growth if you compare other financial counterparts.

Likes

You have scop to learn every thing about home loan. All part of work, like credit, Sale,Recovery, Audit. Every thing you need to manage and learn.

Dislikes

No proper support from upper managment. They just put you in ocean without asking you about are you aware about sweet or not.

There is no job security they will make you to resign from job by transferring your job to other states and Work culture is pathetic no holiday on 2nd & 4th Saturday and Sunday's also. Generally Evening office will be closed by 8: PM . Policies are there but it's not implemented. Overall i had too much bad experience in the company .

Dislikes

Branch Managers are misbehaving with subordinates and H.O people doesn't give any importance to solve the problem and there is no respect for personal life and too much corporate politics and its not good company for good employees. Career growth poor and again increment is poor and politics for that also. Totally i dont recommend to anybody to join this company.

Lots of learning in single platform. Good for beginners.

Dislikes

Growth not happening according to experience of old employee. No transperency on appliance transfer, promotion and other facilities of employee.

CBHFL is a company where you can learn a lot and a cool place to work with..Fully secured Job. I personally learnt alot from accounting entries till balancesheet preparation. I started my journey as accounts payable and receivable entries and now I am a financial statements analyser. That's mine. All the policies of the company first approves from the board. Give me chance, I will provide..

All is going well. Only I want growth in financial aspect and I can do any type of work. Pune is my preferred place to work
