Hiring an employee whom doesn't know well about the job it's just because of recommendation for a certain people whom has a rank in the company. Hiring an employee for laborer category doesn't know how to read, write and speak international language, No appreciation of the job you have done well, Sometimes superiors are one sided only lot of politics making an advantage for degrading workmen and report. Some workmen committing a violation like just making some damage of the spare parts and superiors are covering the incident and it cause a lot of money.
