...office only to collect their invested amounts, reflecting their dissatisfaction. The salary structure is inconsistent and unreliable; despite working for nearly two and a half months, I received compensation for only one month. Additionally, there is no proper onboarding or training system. Even after two months, there were no meetings to introduce us to the products or to provide any insights into the market landscape, leaving employees unsupported and unprepared. I would not recommend this company, even as a short-term opportunity, as it will waste your time and potentially impact your career.

...y for month.But after they terminated me from company without any Announcement .They didn't give me salary for that 1 month.When i asked they said silly reasons. Employees pls don't join this company Fake company in india. You need to work for this company without salary.

Cemech luxury paints company registered on Dec 2022 only this same company previously known as Cemech cement This is terrible experience in my career, there's nothing in a proper structure i attended interview by contacting previous rsm there for rsm role they said no vacancy after 2 days they said you're rsm I don't know what happened to previous rsm inbetween another one person selected as rsm & change him into asm. within 10days they said work as asm or leave tell decision within 10mins they automatically removed from groups there no such things as proper. Clerk act as hr director driver as asm.if you're looking for growth definitely not even a choice, just wasted my time & money they won't provide any pay or conveyance for worked days same happened for another 3 people but don't know how many before me I hope cement closed if you want to know more check with Cemech cement investors on coimbatore side

Managing Director shihab nalakat and Shahajan nalakat And they don't know how to run a company respectal staff and they don't know the strategy of the business then how to steal money from the people and their totally fraud and their higher most of the people who will be favourable to them in this group she have Shahib nd shahajan, Basha, Bhaskar ,Bhavya and the more people we included in this company and who have student money from most of the people
