Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Helps to learn Rockwell, Mitsubishi plc and hmi software. Salary hikes will good for freshers.

Dislikes

PF is fixed so, it's not useful considering for a long term. Work timings is too long. More than 12 hours spent for work (1 hour travel). Career growth is less. Just copy paste in most of the project.

Poor work culture, poor management, poor facilities like downgraded old pc models and slow pc, slow internet connectivity, but expect more results without input. Mobiles not allowed using phone is also restricted. They use to spy even if you go to toilet. Working in some government holidays, school timings - 8:30 to 5:30 strict, if 5 mins late they will blackmail to kick out of job. 2 years bond for freshers. With all these if a person works here becomes the finest slave of the world.
