Friendly colleagues who are all irritated on the management due to highly unrealistic targets set and irritating questions asked.

Dislikes

The top management of the company asks irrelevant questions and sets unimaginable targets making the workplace a living hell. No proper authority or process followed in the 16yrs. No customers/ projects to pay salaries on time. Efforts not appreciated. No market presence. Bad name in the Middle East market.

Worst Management.Montly based performance rating should be removed. Please don't treat employees as a slave. Wasted my time by joining this company.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
