Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Company is good.salary on time.Apprasial done during covid times.Good Company growth.exposure to technical teams

Excel specialist just puts the pressure on all and portrays he is doing all wrk.New HR manager is useless only good in speaking and doesn't have solution for any problem and no enangennt activities for employees very boring personality don't feel like to go to discuss any problem with her.Directors have becme pupet of excel master who just things he is new CEO after achieving 3 awards .Projects are good people lack in team handling.Things should be defined..for every role...

...r and tech is so so. I personally had a bad experience. Yours may be different. I have asked for arrear* as first incremented salary reflected in November after 10% increment in march

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company need you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to. It's a fare trade;

People are good. But need to do Management of time and life.

Dislikes

Worst Experience. Dark days. I have worked their for 16 to 18 hrs a day for many months. Just 1 or 2 weekends in month, notice period is of 3 months, u r going to hell if you are going here. And am saying that people are very good their but they dont have Experience of management thats why Employees life get stuck
