...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are faii and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing is to like about company.I experienced the worst company ever.working culture is very bad and all managers feel themself as a king they never help anyone.

Company does not see what an employee does it just is maintaining family relations and growth given to only them not a good company to work no ethics and not a good work culture.Too many manipulation in accounts.

The internal team and CFT are a good team. Everyone works in harmony and keep a good work culture and well behaved. Also, there are appreciations to the persons who perform well every month. Overall there is a work-life balance.

Dislikes

The current scenario is such that we do not have that amount of production that we expect to have for a profitability. Higher productivity would be more challenging.

Upper management's messeges are transperant, no hide and seek, value for work, never indulge in any unethiclal deeds

Local management insists on work towards short term gain which dose not comply with company's long term vission
