Its terrible, no job security, no compensation & benefits, not paid salary on time nor even paid more than 8-9 months salary, also not paid daily working expenses for 2 years. Non paid of other expenditure incurred for company, pathetic organization, pathetic pathetic pathetic, words are less to describe about company how its terrible.

Dislikes

Each & everything, they only Spoil & destroy the employees career and life and money nothing else. Terrible, not recommended to anyone. If you unemployment its better than working with this pathetic organization. I don't want to wirte any one name but person sitting at top management or in ownership they are sitting there only to spoil employees life and career nothing else.

...e preserve the umbilical cord tessu and cord blood . My experience was good . And specially my manager and team mates was very supportive and salary with TA DA and incentive was not sufficient for my work but my work experience was reaily good .

My work pressure is very high . Company growth is very slow and salary and expenses getting time was not fixed .

One of the worst company ever... we were not even receiving our salary on time..they are fake..always giving fake excuses for monetary benefits. Employees has not received their Full and Final settlement after 1 year they are not responding on mail and not even receiving the calls

Concept of community banking for 1st time in stem cell industry

Not even one month they paid the salary in time. 1st month salary came in 3rd month . During de monitisation they paid the salary in cash and 3 month allowance in cash and after that never paid allowances. Nobody responds for pending salary and allowances till date

This company has not working fixed policy as per accounting standard and every moment time management has rules make and after some few days this rules is not obey every employee and management has next rule make .
