Only the hiring criteria, salary structure and presentation of website.

Dislikes

Not have proper work culture and no manners of respect position. No matter you are engineer or safety officer unless until you are sitting in a office. If your work is on field then you will have terrible experience with them with their work culture. Unexpected partiality with other community people. Random work call and pathetic discussion markings.
