My experience at this company was very negative,both as an employee and in observing how customers were treated. The worked environment felt unsafe,especially for women,and management showed little regards for employee well-being. One team leader often targeted new hires, particularly women, and spread false rumours about those who didn’t follow her instructions, contributing to a toxic atmosphere . Moreover, the company does not treat its employees with respect. Instead of fostering a supportive or family-like environment, employees are often treated as though they are disposable or beneath management, more like maids than valued team members. I also had issue with not receiving my full salary after working for 1 month 12 days, which added to the overall poor experience. Based on my time here, I cannot recommend this company either as a workplace or for purchasing products. I hope they make serious changes to how they treat both employees and customers.

As a fresher, I liked the concept of open shift for all and a paid leave too for all, not like my last company where only seniors enjoyed all benefits. Training and my colleagues are really helpful to ease my time here

Dislikes

Few seniors act weird due to their own biases ,may be due to their moods. Rest all is manageable with clear objectives and tools for the job.

Company policy can be changed by the management at any time. Policy regarding leaves is only the negative about CELLBELL. Management need to bring transparency.
