He doesn't know to value good team members and unsuitable to the profession. Management listens to him not to team members or manager. The worst work culture and good for dramatic ppl.

Cheap politics by cheap mentality Management. Especially Bharath PM, he is one cheap ba****d can go upto any level to harass employees who raises thier voice or opinion. Director Sampath is one brainless and spineless piece of a shit, always supports Bharath. Because this Bahrath does whatever favor he needs. Never join this company especially the Engineering team. If you are a chamcha type then you can join otherwise your career will be ruined. Bharath is a chamcha of Sampath, Satish is a chamcha of Bharath, and Ravichandra is a chamha of Satish and Bharath.

Cheap management with cheap politics. Everything is cheap here, canteen food, cab facility, washroom, pantry etc. One big poisonous snake Satish Pawar(manager) is such a a******** can go upto any extent to ruin anybody's career by turning management against that person. This ba***** couldn't get manager post anywhere and wants to retire here in this company. He plays all cheap tricks to make sure the person leaves, if he raises his voice. It is just one jail, you are a slave, what management says you have to listen, that's all. They hire their chamchas and keep them very well, reserved categories are more than the deserved. The management is spineless and doesn't have brain. Nothing!!!!
