The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Likes

Work life balance is average and no need to apply brain to do your work. Can complete work without any effort and then can roam around and gossip to complete 9 hours.

Dislikes

No career growth because people (Managers) above you don't grow because they don't have skills. Managers are there because good resource left or fires as they dared to use their Brain. Only requored skill is to show that you are working even though you have no task on plate. Top management is rather worst they are easily approachable if you want to discuss anything in world except your work. Trainings are mandatory to complete whether you need it or not. Event though most trainings are meaningless but u need to complete otherwise they will cut 50 percentage of you 2% hike😋.
