No work life management. HR talks rubbish. Employee issues are not getting resolved on time. They don't bother. They hired 15+ years of experience guys by saying we are hiring you as Senior Solution Architect. Once you join them they welcome you wholeheartedly with all sweet words. You will be surprised once you will know that your designation is Senior Solution Architect but you end up doing installation, configuration and Testing.
