I don't think there's anything to like unless you're interested in cheap office politics, favoritism etc. Especially sales is a very bad situation and a specific manager who doesn't even come to office regularly i.e., comes once in a month or maximum twice and for rest of the day will be saying WFH and does nothing. when he comes to office he wants to show off on the floor that he is the only one working on the entire floor.

Dislikes

almost everything. Family run business, illiterates in higher positions, no professionalism in the work culture. People don't even know to speak english

Encourages freedom to work in your own style that results in creativity and productivity.

Dislikes

Lack of Job security, and all returning mothers were let go with no respect, simply told that their roles had been eliminated (sounds funny right). It's important for companies to support three female employees, especially during significant life changes like returning from maternity leave. biased work culture and managerial politics. "work women its not a safe place to work"

Good Training Sessions. Supportive Team Leaders and Managers.

Dislikes

No Job Security.(They keep reducing the team size frequently) Don't have scope to learn new technologies. Strict timings. Mainly there is no scope of growth for freshers in this company.

The work is amazing and I can personally learn new things because the industry itself is new for me.

Dislikes

The politics of the management is what makes the work place toxic here. The CEO or the Senior management does not really recognize hardworkers. They only promote people who are licking their a***s. Only the relatives of the CEO have a safe and secured job as well as appraisals and promotions benefits without getting any work done.

I use to love my job but due to over politics i been forces to resign.

Dislikes

Ragahv Nakoola, Sundeep Nakka, Swapna Pandey and Pawan Kulkarni these are the black sheep due to which many loyal employees left the organisation including me.
