Good and helpful teammates and No variable pay

Mostly you will be forced to work on different tech stack and projects here are small with less than 6months duration. Some managers, not all do micro management. Insurance for employees is worst and to be revisited by management

Project manager now they are the VP of CEI are not good human being they are very attach with girls and not to say more you have to understand. All the policy are on the air. They will change according to their thought. Leave system is very poor. VP is very horrible there
